Welcome to TWC888. This document contains the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by the TWC888 platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and TWC888 ("Platform", "We").

Every TWC888 member is fully responsible for their account, including all activities carried out using their registered username and password. The following are key responsibilities related to account security:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact TWC888 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

TWC888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account information. Any activity carried out using valid account credentials is deemed to have been performed by the account owner.

All financial transactions at TWC888 are subject to the following policies:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• TWC888 does not charge processing fees for deposits made via FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and GrabPay.
• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. This limit may vary depending on the method selected.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed after standard security checks have been completed.
• TWC888 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

In cases where deposit funds are received through irregular means or where signs of suspicious activity are detected, TWC888 reserves the right to temporarily hold transaction processing until an investigation is complete. This is a protective measure to safeguard our members' funds.

TWC888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Welcome bonuses are only eligible for new members making their first deposit.
• Each member is eligible to claim each type of promotion only once, unless otherwise stated.
• TWC888 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through unauthorized means, including the use of multiple accounts.
• The maximum bet allowed while fulfilling bonus rollover requirements is RM50 per bet, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

TWC888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial misconduct.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Owning more than one account under the same name or information.
• Use of third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
